All sellers registered at STELIX.CO have to adhere to the policies as below:

1) Sellers are required to set up and upload products by yourself. 

2) Sellers have to bear the responsibility for any copyright photo infringement issue arise.

2) If the products submitted are in the prohibited product lists, STELIX.CO reserves the right to remove the product listing without prior notice.

3) For each successful transaction, there will be 4% commission + 2% transaction fee charged on the final product price. Example: If selling price is RM50, 6% (Commission + Payment Gateway) will be charged based on RM50. Thus, RM3 will be deducted and you will get RM47 as your earning.

5) You are required to urge your buyer to perform "Mark As Received" action to complete the order status.

6) The minimum limit per withdrawal is RM30.

7) STELIX.CO is a platform in providing online store system for sellers. All the orders shipping have to fulfill by sellers.

8) STELIX.CO reserves the right to disable your seller account without prior notice if we receive any scam/complaint report on your store.

All buyers please take note the policies below before you make any purchase:

1) Please report to us immediately if you found the seller is dishonest/scam before proceed for your order.

2) STELIX.CO will not responsible for any dispute that happen between the buyer and the seller outside of the platform.

3) Buyers are required to "Mark As Received" after they received their products.

4) Any complaints will not be entertained if the buyers failed to perform "Mark As Received" after a maximum of 14 days from the shipment date.

1) Go to your account, click on "Notification" tab to view your order status.
 

2) After you received your product, go to "Order" tab, click "View".

3) Click "Mark As Received".

All of the products purchased from STELIX.CO will be delivered by the respective sellers.

Order refund only applicable to the circumstances below:

  • Product out of stock or discontinued
  • Delivery time longer than delivery period mentioned in the product page 
  • Product malfunction or wrong product delivered

Refund is NOT applicable for:

  • Product received but fail to "Mark as received" in your account
  • Request submitted after 7 days from the received date
  • Product damaged by the courier service
  • Product being used or tested

Important Note:

  • All refund have to submit within 7 days upon receiving the products ordered (pick-up or delivery). No further dispute will be entertained after 7 days from the received date.
  • We will verify with the sellers before any refund will be proceeded. Please do check the seller's store policy before you make any purchase.
  • For any successful refund application, 2 % transaction fee will be deducted from the order amount.
